TylaSara Goodridge graduated from North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management. TylaSara is a diligent, constituent who strives for success in everything she does academically, professionally, and personally. She sets high goals for herself and puts in the time and effort to reach the goals successfully.
Ms. Goodridge maintained consistent, competitive summer internships during her academic pursuits. She gained extensive experience in supply chain operations and supplier account management. For three summers she interned with Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, as an INROADS Supply Management Intern, in Stratford, CT. She was able to obtain a security clearance and was directly involved in developing requests for quotes from various suppliers. She executed over 15 purchase orders at a value of over $70,000. She was a valued member of the team reflected in the continuation of her internship over 3 consecutive summers.
Most recently, TylaSara was hired as a full-time Supply Management Sub-Contract administrator for the Lockheed Martin Corporation, within their Sikorsky Aircraft division. She is continuing her path in Supply Chain Management and using her skills to ensure there are responsible and accountable activities in the government procurement cycle and holding suppliers to agreed upon terms, based on the contracts.
Furthermore, her work experience and volunteer activities support her balanced approach to personal and professional development. Tylasara has earned her Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has increased her knowledge and use of SAP enterprise software and tools through her coursework and internships.
TylaSara has high integrity and demonstrates a willingness to take appropriate risks and meet new challenges head-on. She combines intelligence, emotional maturity, and hard work with critical thinking and respect. She exceeds expectations and is destined to have a successful career in business.
